1978-2019 Principal, T. Hasek Associates Ltd.: Mining exploration consulting, administration and management of associated public and private companies.

2005-2007 President, CEO, Brett Resources Inc.: Implemented revival of struggling mining exploration company with the acquisition and early development of the Hammond Reef gold deposit: Brett was subsequently acquired by Osisko Mining Corporation.

2003-2004 Executive Vice President, Cassidy Gold Corp.: Initiated exploration of newly acquired gold property in Guinea, with on site investigation, selection of consultants and contractors, communications systems, investor relations support, and technical evaluation.

1995-1997 Executive Vice President, Pacific Comox Resources Ltd.: As “de facto” CEO of distressed junior public company, negotiated financing to maintain offshore projects, pay off creditors, and arranged for new investors/management to take over company.

1978-2005 Principal/Agent, Geophysical Equipment Sales and Leasing: Established regional sales agency for major Canadian equipment manufacturer, developed local equipment leasing enterprise.

1973-1975 Geologist, Granby Mining Company: Property evaluation, project supervision, mapping and diamond drilling of base and precious metals and coal exploration projects in western Canada and United States.
